“30% of teachers quit within the first 2 years.” This surprising fact is brought to life in the USC Rossier School of Education’s infographic below. The teacher turnover problem stems from what goes on behind the classroom (administration, workplace conditions, salary, etc.) and ends up hurting the entire school altogether. Potential solutions are presented as well and we may have to fight much harder to keep our teachers in the classroom for long.
